New Energy Works uses cookies to keep the site running correctly, remember your consent preferences, and understand in aggregate how visitors engage with the games. Our use of cookies is governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a functional website — no consent is required for these. For all other categories (performance, functional, advertising), we set cookies only after you have given your active, informed consent via the cookie banner on your first visit. You may withdraw that consent at any time by using the method described in section 5 below.
5. How to Manage Your Cookies on New Energy Works

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension transmits a GPC signal when you visit the Site, we treat it as a withdrawal of consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and only strictly necessary cookies will be set. We do not currently implement a technical response to the older Do Not Track (DNT) header, as there is no agreed standard for its interpretation. GPC is the recommended mechanism for expressing this preference and it is fully supported.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will also be noted in the cookie-consent banner on next visit.
